2. Learn a new language. Keep it going till you can appreciate literature in it.

4. Exercise. Not necessarily in the gym though; you need to have a supple body with hormones flowing free.
5. Plan for the next weekend. Make it fun and different.
6. Plan in detail for every afternoon. You should be doing some outdoor sports then.
7. Watch movies that give you insights into new domains, or supply you food for thought.

1. Excel professionally and roam around the world.
